Any Idea How To Fix This?

I have had my Voice Chat disabled for about 2 Months now and I have no idea what could've caused it. I hardly ever use game chat as I'm usually in a party with friends or I just keep my mic muted when I'm not in one. Was I coms banned or something?

I have checked this game settings and there was nothing there. I tried unplugging my mic and restarting my Xbox. Any Ideas?
